How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

Refund/Return Policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
 
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
-Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
-Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
-Must not be a special order or a custom order
-Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that       
  item's particular item description.
-Machines being used with solutions.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support mmediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
 
*Spray Tanning Kits:
Kits can be returned under our return policy, However Items that are returnable will be subject to 25% restocking fee since they have been discounted in our kits.
 
*Spray Tanning Solutions and Cosmetics:
Spray Tanning Solutions and any other cosmetic (pre and post products)type products are non-returnable or refundable, please be sure you understand your purchase and are selecting the proper product for your skin type. We cannot guarantee results as all skin types and conditions can affect the outcome of the developed color. There are also many conditions that can affect the developed color. Examples: medications, women's cycles, life changes (stress),skin preparation, client applied lotions, scrubs etc.
 
*Equipment and supplies:
All Spray Tan Equipment (Sprayer Units) have a 7 day return window. All items must be post marked within 7 days of your delivery date, not your purchase date. A refund will be issued minus actual shipping incurred by Tan Organics. If an item is returned and postmarked after the 7 day window, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. No returns after 30 days accepted, only replacement for warranty issues. NO EXCEPTIONS. All warranty returns must have a copy of the sales invoice and a brief explanation for the return. Return postage both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount.
 
*Pop Up Spray Tan Tents:
No returns, no refunds. We will replace a defective unit 1(one) time within 30 days of receiving the original Pop Up. Shipping cost of the replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to the replacement unit being shipped. We strive to give great service before, during and after the sale.
If you have issue, please give us the opportunity to resolve it before any assumptions. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
 
*Delivery of Items from a shipping Company:
Tan Organics is NOT responsible for orders after delivered by delivery service.
